The world of photo-realistic, full-colour custom prints at your fingertips, Direct-to-Garment or DTG printing means retail-quality outcomes without minimums or boundaries.
Our process is pretty simple; the printable item is sprayed with 'pre-treat', then one of our Kornit Storm Hexa printers applies a white underbase (when necessary) followed by a colour layer before being placed in a heat-tunnel for 10 minutes to cure.
This kind of printing has been around since the 2000’s, but the technology has come a long way. Our digital printers provide exceptional colour accuracy, print quality, and superior washability, using water-based, non-toxic, biodegradable inks.
Prices vary depending on the garment you're printing on and the number of prints. For one-offs, you can get custom digital printed t-shirts from as low as $14.95, tea towels from $15.99 and tote bags from $16.49. This is just to give you an indication, and if you order more, you'll save with our volume discounts. These prices are for both the garment and the digital printing.
Digital printing is really great for photographic and illustrative prints, diverse colours and anything with gradients or transparency, though block colours turn out great too. To get the most from your digital print, we recommend that customers:
